How many times since the weekend blizzard have you seen a vehicle driving around with about a foot of icy snow still on top of it?
It's a common sight in Minnesota, and a Dakota County deputy got a front row seat to what icy snow on top of a vehicle can do when it falls off while traveling at high speeds.
As you can see, the vehicle's windshield was destroyed. Luckily, the ranger driving was uninjured.
On the Dakota County Sheriff's Facebook page a commenter said the squad car shouldn't have been tailgating the semi, to which the office responded by saying the semi was traveling westbound and the patrolman was going eastbound.
