The three people found dead at a residence in Zimmerman, Minn., have been identified as a woman and her two young children.

The Star Tribune identifies the deceased as Stephanie Shields, 35, Nolan Shields, 7, and Josephine Shields, 6.

Investigators are not seeking any suspects, and they have said the public is not in danger. Details about what led to the deaths were not disclosed.

Stephanie Shields’ husband and the father of the children, Mark, is a sergeant first class in the Minnesota National Guard, the Star Tribune reported, but few other details were available. Sherburne County Sheriff Joel Brott said Monday that Stephanie Shields’ husband moved out of the residence within the last week, the St. Cloud Times reports.

Autopsies were planned and more information was expected Monday afternoon, KARE 11 reported.

The Sherburne County sheriff had announced that three people were found dead Sunday morning. The sheriff said a relative of the deceased called 911 at about 10 a.m. and deputies who arrived soon after that found the bodies.

Zimmerman is a town of about 2,800 roughly 45 miles northwest of St. Paul. The section of Zimmerman where the home is located was blocked off to visitors later in the day Sunday.

Council Member Gary Clough told the Star Tribune that neighbors told his wife that it was a domestic situation gone bad.
