Top of Mpls. skyline lacks empty rooms

When it comes to office towers in downtown Minneapolis, there's not much room on the highest floors.

The Business Journal cites a new study from Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle that shows the vacancy rate for office space above the 25th floor is less than 10 percent.

That's compared to an overall vacancy rate of 14 percent in Minnesota's largest city.
