Trailer blaze kills 2 in Wadena


WDAY reports two people died when their camper caught fire early Friday.

Authorities were called about 4 a.m. to a"fully engulfed" trailer a few miles south of Wadena near the Todd County Line.

The Wadena Pioneer Journal reported that one victim was a man in his 20s.

An investigation into what caused the fire is led by the Wadena County Sheriff's Office with assistance from the Minnesota State Fire Marshal, the Wadena Fire Department and Lake Region Health Care.

Another fire in Duluth Friday damaged the historic NorShor Theatre, according to the Duluth News Tribune. The theater is scheduled for a makeover to begin next summer.
