Jake Peavy and the AL Central-leading Chicago White Sox will try to complete the weekend sweep of the Twins Sunday afternoon at Target Field, the Associated Press reports.

Right-hander Scott Diamond heads to the hill for Minnesota in the series finale.

Trevor Plouffe hit a two-run homer on Saturday to break up Francisco Liriano's no-hitter in the seventh, but Chicago held on to a 5-3 victory.

MLB.com also notes Joe Mauer is day-to-day because of back spasms. He missed his fifth straight game Saturday.
