Two found dead in Blue Earth County home, police say

Police are investigating the deaths of two people found dead at a home in Good Thunder, Minnesota, on Friday morning.

The Blue Earth County Sheriff's Office said in a press release the bodies of two people were found dead in the bedroom of a home at 846 Chapel Street at 10:55 a.m.

The deaths are being investigated by the sheriff's office, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, and Tri-City Police.

According to the Star Tribune, the bodies were found by a family member who then called 911.

Police have not revealed the age or gender of the deceased, but did say there's no threat to the public and no suspects are being sought in connection with the deaths.

KEYC also reports that there was no sign of gunshot wounds.

Neighbors described the residents of the property as being "very friendly," telling the TV station they would often mow the lawns for their disabled neighbors.

The cause and manner of death will be determined by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office.
