Two men face kidnapping charges from Loretto incident

Two men are facing felony kidnapping charges following an abduction of a Verizon store manager in Loretto.

KSTP TV reports that William Charles Graham, 30, of New Hope, and Ronald Jermain Jackson, 29, of Richfield were charged Friday.

The men allegedly abducted the store manager as he was arriving at his home Wednesday night around 9:30. The Associated Press reports that the criminal complaint says the two used a black BB gun to force the victim from his car as he pulled into his driveway on Wednesday night.

Graham and Jackson then allegedly tied the manager's hands together and put him in the trunk of their red Dodge Charger.

The victims wife called police and told them that two men had taken her husband and put him in the back of their vehicle. Police had the Charger stopped within 20 minutes.

Prosecutors are seeking bail of $500,000 each. Graham and Jackson are scheduled to appear in Hennepin County court on Monday.
