U of M sanctions fraternity after sex assault reports

Two reports of sexual assault were made at a Sigma Chi fraternity at the University of Minnesota on Sept. 15, and the university has put the chapter on probation, Fox 9 reports. In one case, the woman chose not to press charges. In the other, a victim reported an assault to police who were responding to another incident on campus.
