Gay tourists and local towners alike may have even more reason to go the Mall of America, as the mall's Chapel of Love is set to perform a gay wedding at 12:01 a.m. Aug. 1.

That's the day Minnesota's same-sex marriage law goes into effect, and the Associated Press reports via the Star Tribune that Holli Bartelt and Amy Petrich of Wykoff are set to perform the nuptials with Bartlet's two children, ages 9 and 10, in tow, KSTP-TV says.

The couple has been together for two years, MPR reports, and became engaged in a photo booth at the mall.
