Using video of a dog snoring to wake up the snoring dog

This little dog is a loud sleeper.

If your dog is a loud snorer and needs to quiet down, what's the best way to tell them?

By recording the pup snoring and using it to wake them up ... while they're snoring.

That's what this dog-owner decided to do. And luckily for us, he recorded it. Here's the short YouTube video.

The video is pretty silly. But the dog's reaction is good enough that it's worth sharing. The video was uploaded by Tal Solomon, a comedian – though he's apparently just getting started, as this was the first video on his YouTube, Facebook and Instagram channels. (h/t to Reddit.)

Snoring in dogs can be totally normal and harmless. Some breeds are even way more likely to snore than others, PetMD says. If your dog suddenly starts snoring a lot, and never did before, then it may be worth getting a vet to check the pup out.

If they've always snored though, and are just as active and happy as before, it's probably nothing to worry about, the site adds.
