Minneapolis-based Phillips Distilling Co. said Monday it is now selling UV Vodka in Spain with plans to expand the brand throughout Europe and into Asia. The company is tapping into the huge demand for flavored vodkas. Some of the more unique UV flavors include chocolate cake, whipped cream, coconut and sweet green tea.
