St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman Monday declared Nov. 9-12 "Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band Weekend in Saint Paul," which includes the renaming of Kellogg Blvd. and West 7th Street in honor of The Boss.

Prince reportedly in talks to play St. Paul concert

Minneapolis-born music legend Prince may be coming to St. Paul to play a concert next month. Sources tell MPR News that Prince is in talks with the city to put on a show downtown Sept. 15, but not inside the Xcel Energy Center. The city in a statement wouldn't confirm or deny discussions with the musician.
