A historic Minnesota mill is putting its equipment on the auction block next week, the St. Cloud Times reports.
The Verso paper mill in Sartell, closed since a devastating fire a year ago, plans to liquidate the machines, equipment, supplies and vehicles at the century-old factory, the newspaper reports.
Among the items up for bid: welders, a roll grinder, a lathe, a hydraulic shear, press brake, boring mills, overhead bridge cranes, excavators and fork trucks.
Verso Paper Corp. sold the plant to AIM Development USA four months ago for $12.5 million.
Residents and workers earlier this month observed the one-year anniversary of the fire.
