As proposals go, this one is a little unusual.

As the delightful video clip below shows, courtesy of WDIO, Manuel Matos was one of eight police officers sworn-in by the Duluth Police Department on Friday. He decided to make his day even more special.

As FOX 21 reports, it was announced that the person pinning on his new police "is going to be his fiancée, Stephanie."

Cue a bemused look from Stephanie, who turned around to see her partner pulling out a ring and getting down on one knee.
