'Voldemort?': Scott Walker picks his preferred president, but won't name him

Scott Walker has announced who he'll be supporting at the November election, but didn't refer to him by name – and Twitter's having a lot of fun with it.

The Wisconsin governor will speak later this month at the Republican National Convention (RNC) in support of Donald Trump, but stopped short of naming him when declaring his support on Twitter Tuesday.

Walker's announcement that he will speak at the RNC was accompanied with a less-than-enthusiastic endorsement of Trump, with Newsmax reporting he said a vote for anyone other than Trump is a "de facto vote" for Hillary Clinton.

"I think there is a clear contrast. For those who raise concerns like I just did about the judgment of Hillary Clinton in terms of not just those emails, but some of the other issues out there, really there's only one alternative," he said.

The move still represents a turnaround from the governor who, according to the Washington Post, saw his own presidential ambitions thwarted by Trump's entry into the race for the GOP nomination.

As you might expect, not mentioning people by name led to plenty of responses on Twitter, here's some of the best:
