Watch: 3-year-old girl meets the pope – and snatches his hat

She kinda broke one of The Ten Commandments, but the pope didn't mind.

What would you do if you had a chance to meet Pope Francis II in Rome? Shake his hand, or maybe invite him to pray with you?

Well, this little girl had a different greeting for the head of the Roman Catholic Church – she stole his hat.

In a video posted to Twitter that's since gone viral, 3-year-old Estella Westrick is lifted up to meet the Holy Father. That's when she distracts him with a kiss, and snatches his skullcap.

Watch her sneaky move:

"Right before she went up she was a little nervous," her godfather Mountain Butorac told CNN. "Then she stole his hat. It was hilarious. Everyone was laughing, including the Pope."

The pope's hat is actually called a zucchetto, FYI. And maybe she just wanted to try it on for herself?

Even though she kinda, sorta broke one of The Ten Commandments, Pope Francis proved he has a good sense of humor.
