Anderson .Paak is probably most known for his second-to-none live show, but there's something to be said for the unforgettably striking visuals that accompany each of his musical endeavors.

Case in point, the brand new "Scared Money" video for his duo NxWorries.

As the old expression goes, "scared money don't make none," so rest assured the video's budget is put to the best possible use.

In an homage to the 2001 direct-to-video drama Paid in Full (Side Note: Kevin Garnett's favorite movie), .Paak and Knxwledge done the hottest styles 1988 New York has to offer.

From Gucci flip-flops to fly kangols, it's all here as "Scared Money" matches the smooth synths of a bygone decade with .Paak's very modern sensibilities.

Halfway through the video, there's a switch-up into a remix of their track "Best One" from NxWorries' forthcoming Yes Lawd! remix album. We'd encourage fans of the visuals here to check out the 1991 Mobstyle track "What's Going on Black," a contemporary look at the story Paid in Full is based on.
