Despite firing 26 shots on net after two periods, the Wild could not beat Blues goaltender Jake Allen.

His most impressive save came towards the end of the second frame, when Charlie Coyle threw a puck on net, only to see Allen glove it out of mid-air.

Allen was a rookie when these two teams met two-years ago in the playoffs and the goaltender struggled.

But it appears this year that Allen is dialed in and he'll be be a force to be reckoned with throughout the first-round matchup.
