Watch live: The Como Zoo's reindeer cam is back for the holidays

The Como Zoo is counting down to Christmas with a live reindeer cam.

Two of Santa's reindeer have made Como Zoo their home for the holidays.

The North Pole is a bit too crowded this time of year, so the reindeer are hanging out at the zoo, a news release says.

And you can watch what Abby, 8, and June Bug, 12, are up to on the Como Zoo's reindeer cam (thanks to a partnership with Animal Planet L!ve). If you watch long enough, you might be able to spot the arctic fox that comes to visit them from time to time.

But you better tune in soon. The two reindeer typically disappear on Dec. 24, and come back "a little tired and with a twinkle in their eyes" on Dec. 26, Matt Reinartz, a Como Zoo spokesperson, told the Star Tribune last year.

Santa Claus will also make the trek from the North Pole to Como Zoo on Dec. 16, 20 and 22.

Animal Planet has put together a highlight reel of the animals' best moments so far. Check out the clip below to see the reindeer friends play in the snow, run laps, and get branches tangled up in their antlers.

The live stream of the reindeer is part of Animal Planet L!VE portion of the network's website that features real time footage of over 20 animals from all around the world, including pandas, kittens and sharks.
