As anyone who has heard The Feminine Divine can attest, Mac Miller's been a pretty happy dude as of late. Unfortunately, for some listeners, that means Miller isn't doing the sad, brooding music that they at one point connected with. In response, Miller has teamed up with comedy site Funny or Die for a parody commercial endorsing Dreadlexa - a depressant for musicians.
Along with poking fun at both how positively upbeat his new music has become and the desire from some listeners to return to a dark place, the spot is also detailed enough to scroll humorous disclaimers and side effects. Mac seemed to be in good spirits when he stopped by our Go Garage the other week, and we're glad to see his good times continue to roll.
