Rae Sremmurd just took the stage at The Late Show with Stephen Colbert for perhaps the best incarnation of "Black Beatles" yet!

It's not enough that the Mississippi duo finally took their viral smash hit to late-night television. Exactly 53 years ago, that very same stage at New York's Ed Sullivan Theater was home to the Beatles making their national television debut and kickstarting Beatlemania in the states. Beyond the fun Beatles tie-in, Colbert's house band Jon Baptiste and Stay Human flesh out the instrumental in some very cool, lush ways.

If you're like us and always felt the only way to improve the original "Black Beatles" would be the addition of the keytar, you'd be 100 percent correct! Everyone who bet against that, time to pay up!
