Watch: Run the Jewels bring their stadium show to a Tiny Desk

Killer Mike and El-P take a corner to Run the Jewels hands-free!

Run the Jewels have gone from the grimiest depths of the hip-hop underground to Madison Square Garden, so seeing them rock in an office corner as part of NPR's Tiny Desk Concert makes for a nice mid-point.

Killer Mike and El-P (after a swig of E&J) get the whole office clapping as they break into "Talk to Me," "Legend Has It" and more from RTJ3.

The biggest takeaway from this performance, other than it being a lot of fun to witness the El-P/Killer Mike rad bromance in person, is how they don't use the handheld mics, but rather stationary stands.

Seeing their body language for a hands-free performance shows displays how strong as performers they truly are. Someday, when the inevitable Run the Jewels Las Vegas residency happens, this is what it will look like. And it will be glorious.
