"This is how it is in Smashville, baby. This is how it is in Smashville."

Those were the words chuckled out by NBC4 reporter Chris Harris during a live shot while two Nashville Predators fans were making out behind him like they were Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams in The Notebook.

The man and woman were lip-locked for 26 seconds to begin Harris' segment and they were still kissing when the camera went back to Harris after showing some locker room video.

For all we know the couple, or strangers – whatever, are still playing tonsil hockey.

Nashville won Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final 4-1 to even the best-of-seven series at two games apiece. Game 5 is in Pittsburgh on Thursday.
