Officials in Dickinson, N.D., will hold an auction Monday afternoon for the city's 17th liquor license. The City Administrator tells the Dickinson Press that bidding begins at $185,000 and it could sell for more than $300,000. St. Cloud-based Coborn Inc. plans to open a Cash Wise Foods grocery store in Dickinson and possibly a Cash Wise Liquor store.

St. Cloud-based Coborn's to build five stores in western North Dakota

Coborn's Inc. is expanding the company's footprint in the oil-rich region of North Dakota with five new stores by 2014, the St. Cloud Times reports. “North Dakota is a prime market for Coborn’s to expand,” Coborn’s President and CEO Chris Coborn said in a statement.
