Twin Citians' love affair with food trucks may be more serious than organizers of the area's first Food Truck Festival realized. Some attendees waited 45 minutes to get through the gates, only to find lines dozens of people deep at the trucks. A couple of the trucks ran out of food within two hours.

'Bizarre Foods' host Andrew Zimmern to launch food truck at state fair

Edina resident and "Bizarre Foods" host Andrew Zimmern is rolling out a new food truck at the Minnesota State Fair. Named AZ Canteen, the truck will serve food inspired by Zimmern's global travels on the hit Travel Channel show. Among Zimmern's menu items are cabrito butter burgers, crispy pork belly with green papaya salad, and griddled veal tongue sliders.
