The St. Cloud Times reports the top-paid employee of the University of Minnesota is its president, Eric Kaler, at $600,000. The highest paid employee at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities was the chancellor, Steven Rosenstone, at $413,966. St. Cloud State University president Earl Potter III earned $293,772.
