Woman charged for going topless at Minnesota United game

A passionate Minnesota United fan has been charged with indecent exposure after baring her breasts at a Loons game.

Rose Picklo, 23, of Minneapolis, was held in jail for two nights after she was arrested during United's 4-1 win over F.C. Dallas at TCF Bank Stadium on Saturday evening.

After taking her shirt off and exposing her breasts in the stands, she was reported to police officers at the game, who asked her on several occasions to put her shirt back on.

She responded belligerently, prosecutors say, repeatedly refusing to put her shirt back on, all the while holding a beer in one hand and her smartphone in the other as she recorded the incident.

"The defendant continued to argue with police even after police informed her that she would be arrested if she did not put on a shirt," a criminal complaint says, with two female officers eventually arresting her.

She continued to resist, pulling her arms away from the officers and refusing to walk after being handcuffed. She was eventually carried by three officers to the processing center, according to court documents.

Officers later discovered that a 7-year-old boy was among those who saw Picklo while she was topless, with the boy's mother pointing out to officers the shirtless woman standing behind them.

Her son, apparently, was "startled" and she then covered his eyes.

In an interview with police, Picklo said she didn't remember much of what happened, admitting she was a "little bit tipsy" and "on my third beer."

She has been charged with indecent exposure in front of a child, a gross misdemeanor.
