Busted: Woman flashes breasts at man to lure him into robbery

One of the women accused in a downtown St. Paul robbery -- in which two women allegedly flashed their breasts at a 50-year-old man to lure him into an alley where two men beat and robbed him -- pleaded guilty Thursday. Janet Elizabeth Hall, 31, of St. Paul, was charged with first-degree aggravated robbery in the May 2 incident.
