Woman pulled from Red River twice succumbs to injuries

A woman who was pulled out of the Red River by emergency responders two times in 10 days has died.

Valley News Live reports Fargo police identified the woman as 41-year-old Sabrina Quintana of Fargo. She had been hospitalized in critical condition since police found her floating in the river Monday.

In a previous incident on May 24, authorities found Quintana clinging to a structure in the river near a boat landing.

The Fargo-Moorhead Forum reports police and the Cass County Coroner's office are investigating Quintana's death.
