An attempt to blame somebody else's pants for a crime has fallen down in Todd County court. Sonya Witkowski of Fergus Falls, who went with a "they weren't my pants" defense after an officer found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in different pockets of her jeans, has been convicted of fifth-degree possession.
