Police in Blaine are looking for two women who scammed an elderly woman out of $8,000.

Blaine PD issued an appeal earlier this week to find the women pictured above, who duped their victim at the Cub Foods at 12595 Central Avenue on Wednesday.

The women approached the 89-year-old victim and claimed they'd found a wallet containing a large amount of cash.

They offered to split the cash but first needed the woman "to pay the legal fees up front."

Somehow, they ended up getting $8,000 out of the woman before leaving the area.

Police released the above pictures as well as additional video of the two suspects. Anyone with information should call 763-717-2665.
