Only one sports franchise boosted its value more than the Minnesota Vikings did in the last year.

Forbes' list of "The World's Most Valuable Sports Teams 2017" says the value of the Vikings jumped 38% in the last year to $2.2 billion. That puts them 30th among franchises from the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, F1, soccer and Nascar. Zygi and Mark Wilf's football team was worth $1.59 billion and ranked 39th on last year's list.

The only franchise with a bigger jump is the Rams, whom Forbes says doubled its value by relocating from St. Louis to Los Angeles.

Twenty-nine of the top 50 franchises were NFL teams, with only the Lions, Bengals and Bills failing to crack the list. The rest of the top 50 is made up of eight MLB teams and seven teams from the NBA and soccer.

Number one on the list for a second consecutive year is the Dallas Cowboys, worth an estimated $4.2 billion. The Yankees ($3.7 billion), Manchester United ($3.69 billion), Barcelona ($3.64 billion) and Real Madrid ($3.58 billion) round out the top five.

The Timberwolves, Twins and Wild did not make the top 50.
