This may not come as much of a surprise for some thirsty baseball fans in Minnesota, but Target Field in Minneapolis is home to some of the priciest suds in major league baseball.

That’s according to The Street.com, which has a list of the top 10 ballparks with the most-expensive brews.

At $7.50 for a small draft, the Twins have the fourth-highest beer prices in the major leagues. Target Field prides itself in part in offering a number of local craft brews – the likes of Surly, Fulton, Summit, Finnegans and Schell's – throughout the ballpark, but it wasn't clear if that contributed to the higher price compared to other stadiums.

Read what The Street had to say below:

You have to admire the chutzpah. This is a team that has finished dead last in the American League Central Division for the past two years after being a perennial playoff contender. Its relatively new home at Target Field has known little else but misery since the team was swept out of the only playoff series the building hosted during its inaugural season in 2010. Now you're jacking up the price of a beer by 50 cents? Granted, the smallest size is still 20 ounces, but that hurts.

The Washington Nationals serve up the most expensive beer at $8.25 for a small draft, according to The Street.com.
