Props to The MMQB for pulling off a giant job in which it got 12 writers/football experts to do an all-time NFL Draft. Before we show you where former Vikings were picked, you need to know that MMQB drafted under the assumption that "players who excelled in one era would be equally good in any other."

There were 25 rounds and a bonus round to select a coach, of which didn't result in Bud Grant's name being called.

Adrian Peterson went undrafted. That's interesting because all 12 experts had to draft two running backs, which equates to an entire group believing Peterson isn't one of the 24 best running backs in NFL history. Curtis Martin, who's fourth on the all-time rushing list, wasn't picked, either, while Darren Sproles was.

Randy Moss went in the 12th round after fellow receivers Jerry Rice, Paul Warfield, Calvin Johnson, Raymond Berry, Lance Alworth and Otis Taylor. Cris Carter wasn't selected until the 262nd pick.

Alan Page was the first Viking off the board at No. 35 overall. He was one of 21 Vikings selected.

Alan Page (35), Jan Stenerud (40), Gary Zimmerman (93), Carl Eller (105), Mick Tinglehoff (106), Brett Favre (110), Paul Krause (116), Dave Casper (134), Randy Moss (138), John Randle (147), Chris Doleman (150), Ron Yary (158), Randall McDaniel (171), Steve Hutchinson (197), Roger Craig (207), Hugh McElhenny (217), Joey Browner (227), Morten Anderson (231), Cris Carter (262), Gary Anderson (264), Pat Williams (271).

Other notable Vikings left on the board: Fran Tarkenton, Jim Marshall, Jared Allen, Chuck Foreman, Gary Larsen. Bud Grant.

Here's a look at every pick.
