4 Minnesota Lynx named to US Olympic roster

On Wednesday morning, four members of the Minnesota Lynx – Lindsay Whalen, Maya Moore, Seimone Augustus and Sylvia Fowles – were named to U.S. Olympic roster.

This is the fifth consecutive Olympics a Lynx player has been named to the final roster. It'll be the third consecutive Olympics for Augustus and Fowles (2008, 2012); and the second appearance for Moore and Whalen (2012).

The 2016 Olympics will be held Rio De Janerio, Brazil and run Aug. 5-21.
