Vikings running back Adrian Peterson has accomplished plenty this year, with 2,097 yards rushing and all.

What next?

The potential league MVP told reporters today he'd be willing to play on special teams if that would help the Vikings win.

Peterson says he's been pining to block a field goal, "coming off the edge."

He also says he wouldn't mind returning a kickoff, something he hasn't done since 2008.

In his words: "You never know what can happen."
