The Associated Press and an NBA referee have reached a settlement in a lawsuit against the news agency over a Twitter message suggesting the ref intentionally made a bad call to make up for a bad one that went against the Minnesota Timberwolves last January. In the agreement, the referee agreed to drop his lawsuit against reporter John Krawczynski. In exchange, the AP pays for litigation costs and the Twitter post has to be deleted from the reporter's account
