The Minnesota Lynx battled back from a big deficit to pick up a road win over the Seattle Storm 76-73 Thursday night at Key Arena in Seattle.
After a slow start, the Lynx fell behind by 18 points, but Minnesota battled back and when Maya Moore drained a three midway through the fourth, the Lynx cut the Seattle lead to one.
Seimone Augustus played a big role in the Lynx comeback. She finished with 24 points, while Maya Moore had 11 and Lindsay Whalen was outstanding again with 16 points and six assists.
Minnesota also got a lot of help from its bench. Damiris Dantas added 10 points and six rebounds, while Devereaux Peters didn't do a lot offensively for the Lynx, but finished with two points, five rebounds, four steals and five blocks.
Jeanna O'Hea led the way for Seattle with 17 points, while Sue Bird added 16. Lynx
