Gopher hoops non-conference schedule released

The University of Minnesota men's basketball program released its finalized 2013 non-conference schedule today.

The Gophers start with four of five games at Williams Arena, with the season-opener on Nov. 8 against Lehigh University.

The highlight of the non-conference slate remains the Thanksgiving Maui Invitational, and a first-round date with Syracuse.

The entire 2013-14 schedule with game times and television rights will be released by the Big Ten Conference at a later date.
