Bouchard activated as Wild trim roster

After last night's rousing intra-squad scrimmage at Xcel Energy Center, the Wild today trimmed their training camp roster to 25 players.

Among the cuts, defenseman Steven Kampfer was sent down to Houston -- which presumably means 18-year-old Matt Dumba will be staying with the main club for now.

The Wild also activated forward Pierre-Marc Bouchard off the injured reserve list. Bouchard is on the comeback trail from suffering a concussion, which kept him out of the lineup most of last season.

Last night, Bouchard scored an impressive goal during the simulated overtime period:
