1) The Timberwolves are now 20-19, 1.5 games behind eighth-place Houston in the Western Conference standings thanks to a 95-94 nail-biter win over the L.A. Clippers last night. Kevin Love: 39 points.

2) The Wild are in Colorado tonight to try to figure out how to win a game, or, at least score a goal. They've been shut out for six straight periodsin back-to-back losses against the Red Wings and Avalanche.

3) Rough night for the Twins in Florida. They were hammered, 10-2, by the Boston Red Sox as Jason Marquis made his debut in a Minnesota uniform. It didn't go well, as he seemed to have no command, walking three batters, giving up three hits and four runs in two innings of work.Check out the highlights.
