Burnsville's J.T. Brown, now in the NHL, gets ejected, breaks fan's phone
It was like Monday Night Raw on ice when Tampa Bay Lightning star J.T. Brown started pummeling Nashville defenseman Ryan Ellis after a big hit. Brown got ejected, then apparently knocked a phone out of a fan's hand.
One major problem with Brown's aggressiveness: the fan was recording it all, and TMZ got the footage.
The fan told TMZ that he's not pressing charges against Brown but he does hope he gets a new iPhone out of the deal because the screen on his got cracked.
Brown is from Burnsville, Minnesota, and he helped lead Minnesota Duluth to a national championship in 2011.
Here's the video of the brawl that got Brown ejected.
