By the numbers: 3 super stats heading into Wild-Blackhawks, Game 2

The Minnesota Wild are down 1-0 to Chicago in their best-of-seven playoff series, with Game 2 tonight.

In the land of 10,ooo spring snow storms, here are some startling Wild-Hawks stats that just may help you forget it's 32 degrees on May 3:

That's the combined minutes defensemen Ryan Suter (41) and Jonas Brodin(34) played in Tuesday's 2-1 overtime loss. Suter's time on ice set a Wild franchise record for a single game. "Unreal," said forward Zach Parise.

Parise, Mikko Koivu, Charlie Coyle and Suter combined for just five of the Wild's 27 shots in Game 1. The top line has to do more than that, or this series could be over next Tuesday.

That's the Game 1 TV rating in the Twin Cities metro area, the highest ever for Fox Sports North. According to the Business Journal, that topped the previous record of 7.65 for the 2013 season opener against the Colorado Avalanche on Jan. 19.
