With back-to-back road wins, the Gophers men’s basketball team will host Northwestern Sunday afternoon. Minnesota is 2-4 in the Big Ten after going 12-1 in non-conference action. The Wildcats are also 2-4 in the Big Ten conference. Tip-off is set for 3 p.m. at Williams Arena.

Jerry Kill: Northwestern won't beat themselves

The Gophers (4-1) come off their bye week with a big Homecoming clash with Northwestern (5-1) Saturday. Coach Jerry Kill says Minnesota has to play error-free football to beat the Wildcats because "they're not going to beat themselves."
