Carson Wentz helps the Vikings by beating the Bears
The Vikings were already in sole possession of first place in the NFC North so they didn't really need Carson Wentz to treat the Bears like a little league team on Monday Night Football, but he did as the Eagles torched the Bears 29-14.
Wentz finished 21-of-34 for 190 yards and 1 touchdown. He would have had a bigger night had Jordan Matthews held on to a surefire long touchdown in the second quarter.

The Bears are now 0-2 while the Packers and Lions are 1-1. The Vikings are 2-0 with a tough test coming Week 3 at Carolina.
Wentz is the first rookie quarterback in NFL history to win his first two starts without his team committing a turnover.
For Wentz, who won five national championships at NDSU, this is pretty much routine.
"I came out pretty much same routine," Wentz said, via the Philadelphia Inquirer. "It was a cool stage, Monday Night Football, everything was sweet. But again, it was a football game, and we came out with a win."
Wentz had a couple of cupcakes against the Browns and Bears but his Week 3 matchup with the Steelers should be a lot more challenging.
