Chicago Cubs GM poses as a fan at his own ballpark

Theo Epstein went incognito on Friday afternoon at Wrigley Field. The President of Baseball Operations for the Chicago Cubs donned a fake mustache and sat in the first row of the left field bleachers.

He also had a matching blue hat and shirt with the shirt reading, "try not to suck" which is a bit ironic when your boss is watching you.

But the stunt was all in good fun. With the Cubs becoming the first team in the majors to clinch their division the night before, Epstein told ESPN that it was part of a deal he made with his staff.

"The baseball operations staff made a deal that if we won the division we would watch the next game from out in the bleachers. I made a half-ass attempt to stay incognito but it was fun; it was a blast out there and the fans were awesome."

Epstein was the GM of the Boston Red Sox from 2003-2011, helping Boston to its first World Series in 84 years. Now with the Cubs -- Epstein is trying to end Chicago's World Series drought.

The last time the Cubs won the World Series was in 1908.
