Clutterbuck moved to the top line
Cal Clutterbuck scored a short-handed goal in the Wild's 3-1 win over Tampa Bay Monday night. He did so playing on the top line. Head coach Mike Yeo says he's been really impressed with Clutterbuck this season, and he'll be back on the top line Wednesday against Edmonton.
Clutterbuck struggling with undisclosed injury
An undisclosed injury kept forward Cal Clutterbuck out of the Wild's 7-1 loss to Colorado Tuesday, and he missed Wednesday's practice because he still wasn't feeling well. His status for Thursday's game in Phoenix is unknown, but head coach Mike Yeo says Clutterbuck will be monitored "very closely."

After missing 32 of the last 34 games with a concussion, Guillaume Latendresse has returned to practice with the Wild. The Star Tribune reports Latendresse skated with Mikko Koivu today, who is out with a shoulder injury. The Wild start the second half of the NHL season tomorrow night, hosting Nashville.
Yeo says Heatley was probably Wild's MVP
Head coach Mike Yeo says Dany Heatley was probably the Wild's MVP this season. He hinted that Heatley would have finished with more than 24 goals if Mikko Koivu didn't miss 27 games. Even without his top linemate out of action, Yeo says Heatley "never once complained."
