Vikings punter Chris Kluwe issued a heated response to Maryland state delegate Emmet C. Burns Jr. after the lawmaker criticized Ravens linebacker Brendon Ayanbadejo for publicly supporting same-sex marriage.

In a letter to Baltimore Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti, Burns says Ayanbadejo's actions are "inconceivable" and that "football supporters are appalled." Burns asks that Bisciotti order Ayanbadejo to "cease and desist such injurious actions."

Kluwe, one of the most vocal players in the league, issued a letter in response to the lawmaker expressing his complete outrage. Deadspin posted the letter on their website. WARNING: Article includes profanity.
