E.J. Henderson misses practice

Yesterday the Vikings placed four starters on injured reserve. Apparently they haven't struck the bottom yet because middle linebacker E.J. Henderson missed practice today because of a shoulder injury.

Vikings re-sign LB Erin Henderson

One Henderson is back in the fold with the Vikings. Linebacker Erin Henderson has reportedly signed a one-year deal. No word yet if his brother E.J. -- also a free agent -- will re-sign with the Vikes.

E.J. Henderson returns to practice

E.J. Henderson returned to practice Thursday. The Vikings linebacker missed Wednesday's practice with a swollen left knee, and has been bothered by the knee for more than a year. He hasn't missed any games because the tender knee, and it's unlikely he misses Sunday's game either.

Abdullah out, Henderson questionable

The Vikings final injury report of the week lists safety Husain Abdullah as out for Sunday's game against Oakland. He suffered a concussion in Monday's loss to Green Bay. Linebacker Erin Henderson and tight end Visanthe Shiancoe are questionable. Both are dealing with hamstring injuries.

Winfield, Sullivan, Kluwe miss practice

Injuries kept Vikings' cornerback Antoine Winfield, center John Sullivan, and punter Chris Kluwe out of practice Wednesday. Their status for Sunday's game against Arizona is unknown. Safeties Husain Abdullah and Jamarca Sanford along with linebacker E.J. Henderson and tackle Charlie Johnson were all limited in practice.

Henderson listed as questionable against Chiefs

Vikings' linebacker E.J. Henderson is now listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Kansas City. Henderson has a sore left knee which kept him out of practice earlier this week. Coach Leslie Frazier expects Henderson will play, but exactly how many snaps he'll see is uncertain.
