Michael Floyd will spend a good chunk of his offseason behind bars and at home.

The former Cretin-Derham Hall star football player was sentenced Friday to 120 days in jail after pleading guilty to one count of extreme DUI, according to Jonathan Roy of Fox 10. Floyd's DUI arrest happened in Scottsdale, Arizona in December.

Roy reports that Floyd will serve 24 days in jail and the remaining 96 days in home confinement. He's also been fined and will serve 30 hours community service.

The Arizona Cardinals released Floyd two days after his arrest and he was signed by the New England Patriots a day later.

He didn't play in the Super Bowl but will still get a Super Bowl ring.
